  • NOTES

    • In line with the official requirements and best practices, we are doing our part in providing and promoting a safe environments, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Resort.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Tourism Tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Beach Resort & Hotel Sentral Kuala Terengganu) will collect from guest upon check in. Tourism tax will be exempted from 01 Jan 2022 - 31 Dec 2022
    • ALERT: The Divers Alert Network (DAN): recommends a 12 hour minimum surface interval before flying, and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors' (PADI) Flying after Diving guidelines say divers shout not ascend to high altitude within 12 hours of completing a single dive or 18 hours after doing multiple dives.
    • STRICTLY non-refundable or non-transferable for any un-used portion of package.
    • All payments are non-refundable & will be forfeited if there is any cancellation, no show or amendment of the booking.
    • The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
