Cancellations
|
| In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of reserved rooms, a written notice must be received and acknowledged by KL Sales Office (KLSO).
In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit, the deposit or pre-payment will be forfeited automatically.
Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as following: |
| More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total fare or deposit whichever is higher |
| 14 days to 29 days before departure: 50% of total fare |
| Under 14 days before departure: 100% of total fare |
